How do I return an item?

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Online Purchases 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

First, please download our Return / Exchange form, and follow the enclosed instructions:
(Form MUST be included with Return/Exchange)
  • All returns / exchanges must be requested within 7-days of receipt as indicated by tracking number by first emailing returns@donnards.com. After 7-days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!;
  • All returns must in its original, UNWORN / UNUSED condition, with all original tags attached and/or in original box; (shoes should be tried on a soft surface);
  • Please include the reason for the return;
  • Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for returns;
  • You MUST include the original invoice with the return in order for us to process your return quickly;
  • Include the ORDER NO. on the return label;
  • A protective box or thick shipping paper must be used for returns or exchanges as any damage to merchandise will void the return and item will be returned to customer;
  • A valid tracking number must be emailed to returns@donnards.com once the item has been delivered to the carrier;
  • Items with a price of $10 or less, Jewelry/Accessories, Swimwear, Cosmetics, Leotards, Lingerie, Intimates, Sale Items and items marked as "Final Sale", are Final Sale and non-returnable;
  • All International and Canadian Sales are Final Sale;
  • Donnard's 2.0 reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking / convenience fee where warranted on returned items;
Refunds are processed through the original form of payment, within 10-days of receipt of return. Send all return/exchange items to:

Exchanges

Fashion items / styles turn over rapidly. Therefore, donnards.com cannot hold any item(s) for customer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instruction below: 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping. donnards.com recommends you to ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.

To start your Exchange please download 
 our Return / Exchange form;(Must include form with Return or Exchange)

  • Find the item you wish to exchange for.
  • Purchase it like a brand new order, checkout & PAY for it immediately.
  • You will have a new order number for the new purchase.
  • Return the unwanted item along with original packaging, invoice and return/exchange form. Please check "Exchange" and write the order number of the new purchase.
  • Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We will issue you a FULL refund including Shipping on the initial order (Shipping for the NEW order will not be refunded) once we receive the return.

In-Store Purchases 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or store credit, with the exceptions of shoes and jewelry, which is FINAL SALE. All returns / exchanges must be within 7-days of your purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and/or boxes attached and included. 

** We reserve the right to refuse returns where not in original condition. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you. **
