All orders are shipped either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping cost vary depending on your location and is calculated at checkout. Orders generally are processed within 24-hours and shipped within 48-hours, after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be picked up by shipping carriers (United Parcel Service or US Postal Service) and generally takes 3-5 business days to deliver depending on your location. Please allow some delays during holidays and after long weekends.
Note: Please be sure to be present at the time of delivery if possible, neither USPS nor UPS will not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows "Delivered". We also offer signature service for $3.00, we highly recommend you to purchase this service if shipping address is an apartment or areas with visible traffic. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE TRACKING SHOWS 'DELIVERED'
USPS tracking may take up to 24-hours for it to show in there system as being received from shipper, so please be patient if you do not see the tracking number in the system immediately.
OVERNIGHT EXPRESS DELIVERY
Donnards.com does offer overnight delivery. Shipping cost vary depending on your location and is calculated at checkout. Cutoff time for all express service is 1:00PM EST - if you pay before 1:00PM EST, we will be able to process your order on the same business day, and you will receive it on the next business day by end of day. Overnight service is not available for P.O. Box, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders. Express service is not available for Saturday delivery.
